Glitter Barn loves to throw a really great party. It’s one of the things we do best.

We believe in marking the special moments in life with magical celebrations. From birthday parties to graduation parties, Glitter Barn will provide you with a memorable and personalized creative experience for you and all of your guests! When you celebrate at Glitter Barn, we welcome you into our studio home for a bespoke party unlike any other.

Here are the details!

The basic party package is $600 and covers all the crafting and take-home projects for up to 15 kids. This includes the birthday guest of honor.
The party package includes private use of our studio for just your group for up to two hours including the use of our party room where you are welcome to bring food/cake, etc. (No ice cream, please).
We provide tables and tablecloths for you along with birthday decorations in the main studio.
The price includes up to 90 minutes of maker time in our main studio.
A typical party flows like this: Guests arrive and get settled in our party room (a perfect time for snacks, food, and any welcome crafts you’ve added on), then everyone heads into the main studio for the main crafting experience, and finally we return to the party room for cake, celebrating, and sweet goodbyes.
Unlike other art party options in the area, we welcome you to bring non-crafting adults at no charge and we also don’t charge you separate fees for the supplies for the project you choose. That is included in your basic package that you book with us!
Your party will be staffed by two of our amazing magic makers who will host your party and lead the crafting experience.
Please note we are not able to offer parties at a reduced price for fewer kiddos. If you have more than 15 kids, we can often accommodate your group with an advance request. Pricing is adjusted to reflect your group’s size. Groups with more than 18 kids are split into two spaces in our cozy crafty studio and are booked under our large group/field trip package. Please contact [email protected] for more on this. Large group bookings and pricing must be confirmed in advance.
You’re welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes before your start time to set up any food or drinks. We’ll provide a table and tablecloth for your food setup. Please note that we don’t supply paper goods, so be sure to bring your own. We also don’t have refrigeration available, so we recommend bringing items pre-chilled or packing ice in a cooler or tub to keep things cold.

We have a variety of fun themes and special projects to choose from based on your child’s interests and we provide an amazing teacher at the party to help you make your own creative magic! Each of your guests will take home a really fun project they created to enjoy so you don’t really even need to do goodie bags (unless you want to – if so, we have a great space to display those!). You can also book extra time in our studio as an add-on if you’d like more time to socialize with your tribe! Below are some of our most popular party themes. Because we’re a busy, working art studio with limited space, we aren’t able to host in-person visits to preview birthday party projects. The good news? You can get a great feel for the magic by checking out the fun videos below, which showcase many of the creative projects we offer! (Please note that some parties shown may include optional add-ons or feature projects also offered during camp experiences.)

Glitter Barn Party Themes (for Kids and Kids at Heart!)

Slime Party: Make personalized slime at our slime bar filled with mix-ins and charms and craft a fun mini-tote to take it home in! Caddies are another fun add-on to this experience.
Fairy/Troll Houses Party: Craft a magical fairy landscape with a little wooden house and create your own darling little fairies and trolls to inhabit it! This party is really fun with the light-up fairy crown add-on!
Trucker Hats and Squeegee Painting Party: Make a super cool personalized trucker hat with patches, pins and buttons and take home a painting made using squeegees.
Spa Party: Make fun bath and spa products to take home, along with a cute caddie/mini tote that you can personalized and decorate (additional charge for caddies). Sugar scrubs like you see here are so fun to make at a girly birthday celebration!
Barbie Party: It’s all things pink! Celebrate with all things Barbie and make your own “Weird Barbie” to take home just like the movie ($7 more per guest as each guest gets a Barbie)!
Ice Cream Sundae Party: Make your own adorable ice cream sundaes to take home! This is always a huge hit with kids of all ages!
Superhero Party: Make your very own cape and mask and party like a superhero!
Painting Party: Come paint with us! This party is just a like paint-and-sip event complete with canvas masterpieces you take home. You can add-on personalized goblets for your beverages, complete with mini umbrellas! We can also personalize your painting to specific themes with advance notice (additional charge).
Swirly Sand Art Party: Using bright colored sand and fun mix-ins, make your very own sand bottle art using bottles of various sizes and shapes.
Birdhouse Party: Paint and decorate an adorable wooden birdhouse and a little feathered friend to take home.
Robot Party: Build your very own robot using the many exciting materials in our workshop.
Bedazzling Party: Bring your tribe and use our bedazzling wands to make your own personalized fashion! We can provide clothing items as options (price varies based on clothing item) or have your guests bring their own from home! This is a really fun party with denim jackets or even canvas shoes! There is also the add-on option to personalize even more using patches at our patch bar.
Swiftie Party: Celebrate with all things Taylor while singing all of her greatest hits with your birthday besties! Various Taylor crafts to choose from with Taylor add-ons available. ($5 more per guest)
Fluid Bear Party: Make an adorable fluid bear using paint pouring techniques. These cuties are such a fun take-home and this is a great party for all ages. Note that fluid bears need to dry overnight at the studio ($10 more per guest)
Unicorn Party: Craft your own darling light up unicorn art piece using all kinds of fun mixed media elements! This is a hit with all ages and makes a really fun take-home to enjoy.
Princess Party: It’s time for all things princess! Craft a gorgeous royal treasure box or crown and a sparkly royal wand of your very own. Princes are welcome at this party too!
Knights and Castles Party: Build your very own light-up castle and a construct your own knight who lives inside! If you prefer a wood castle, we also offer this as an option with advance notice!
Fake Bake Party (Perfect For Tweens!): Make your own adorable heart-shaped jewelry box that looks like a little cake and is bedazzled with charms! ($7 more per guest)
Decoden Hair Brushes or Hand Mirrors: Create a one-of-a-kind hairbrush or hand mirror with fake “whipped cream” and charms and personalized mini tote to carry it in. This option can also be done with seashells! ($5 more per guest)

We love a party that feels personal and that makes the birthday guest of honor feel extra special on their special day. The Glitter Barn Fairy is an extra-special way to add face painting magic to your celebration! Fairy bookings require an additional 30 minutes of party time to allow for all the added sparkle and fun.

Decoden/Charm Bedazzling Party: Make your charm-bedazzled cell phone case or mini bag! These are the cutest thing ever and are so much fun to make with friends. We also have options for charm-bedazzled picture frames and mini bulletin boards.

Sticker Art and Sticker Booking: This is the most fun and easy way to craft together! Who doesn’t love stickers!!!! Your party guests will each get their own sticker journal or canvas to make something amazing to take home – all using stickers!

Plantapalooza: Calling all plant lovers! Decorate your very own pots chosen from our fun selection and make homes for your new plant babies! Party includes selection of pots and succulents!

Mosaic Making: Let’s make mosaic art! Using colorful ceramic tiles on a wooden base, your guests will craft a gorgeous and functional art piece to take home!

Print Making: Host a party where you get to learn all about linoblock printing! This is a fun introduction to the art of block printing and guests take home a personalized tote bag and print of their work!

Resin Crafting: Come make something really cool using resin! Popular things to make include a sweet jewelry dish using dried flowers. Come find out why resin crafting is so popular!

In order to book a party, please first email [email protected] to determine studio availability. If we are able to accommodate your request for a specific date, we will send you a link to pay the non-refundable deposit of $150 to secure your spot along with options for possible fun projects for your event. All guests must complete our waiver in order to participate in activities at Glitter Barn. We will provide hard copies that can be signed at the studio or you may share this link with your guests so they can complete the waiver in advance.

For a virtual tour of our studio spaces in preparation for your party, please check out these videos! All of our large group crafting happens in our main studio room and our party room is where you can enjoy food and beverages and socialize with your guests. We also have outdoor space on our front porch for socializing. Our Workshop is where we stage add-on crafts that your guests can enjoy upon arrival. We can also stage gifts from your guests in the Workshop.

If you’re planning to have pizza delivered to the studio, Little Caesars, Domino’s, and Topper’s Pizza are all nearby options that deliver to Glitter Barn.

If you’ll be bringing your own food and drinks, just a quick heads-up that we don’t have a refrigerator, ice, or serving utensils available, so please plan to bring anything you might need.
